Village chiefs’ associations and chairmen association of Tengnoupal, Machi and Moreh blocks urged the deputy commissioner, Chandel to release the 11 days MG-NREGS wages and Material Component at the earliest.
A joint Press Statement signed by the leaders of the associations strongly condemned the deputy commissioner, Chandel for delaying wage release, and at the same time not releasing the 11 days wages and material component of MG-NREGS for the year 2016 till date.
They urged to release the said wages and material component on or before January 25, and cautioned to launch agitation indefinitely.
