Police get busy ahead of Republic Day

As a part security measures being taken up ahead of the nation’s republic day police took up search operations in different locations of Imphal East and West districts besides increasing frisking and checking along the roads. A team of Imphal West police today conducted a cordon and house to house search operation at Liwa road Oinam Leikai. The search operation started at 5:20 and closed at 6:40 in the morning.
