Four state policemen to be conferred Gallantry award

Four policemen from Manipur have been listed among 100 who were selected for police medals for Gallantry award to be conferred by the President of India on the Republic Day celebration in Delhi.

Inspector P. Sanjoy Singh, Jemadar L. Bikramjit Singh, Sub-Inspector M. Robindro Singh and Havildar A. Shanti Singh were in the list of selected policemen for the award.

Among the Gallantry award winners 31 are from Jammu and Kashmir, 12 are from Andra Pradesh, eight from Jharkhand, seven each from Chhattisgarh and Uttar Pradesh, four from Assam, three from Delhi, 21 from CRPF and one from SSB.
