Royal Eleven Youngster Cricket Club, Nagamapal will clash with Cyclone Cricket Club, Thangmeiband in the final of the 3rd MCA W.Prahlad & W.Ramananda Elite Tournament 2016-17 to be played on Monday at Luwangpokpa Cricket Stadium.

Veteran cricket: Cyclone Cricket Club beat Kuki Sporting Club by 4 wicket in the 5th Twenty-20 Manipur Veteran Cricket Tournament 2016-17 played at Oriental College and Model Higher Secondary School ground.

In a low scoring match, Kuki Sporting Club batted first to put up a meagre 82 runs for 9 wickets from 20 over with Ninghor topscoring 23 runs. Cyclone bowler Tiken Singh was the most successful bowler picking up five wicket while Surjit Singh took 2 wickets.

Replying to Kuki innings, Cyclone reached the target in 16 over losing 6 wicket in the process. Shyamsunder scored 19 runs while Brojen Singh got 18 runs for the victory today. Gouminlun four wicket haul goes in vain. Cyclone bowler Tiken Singh was declared the man of the match for his 5 wicket haul.
