Cheibi Championship

Miishikhol Khurai claimed the overall team champion title bagging twenty one medals in the 6th Mangsatabam Iboyaima & Arambam Punyabati Memorial and 31st State Level Cheibi Championship 2016 held at YAS Fencing Hall, Khuman Lampak.

Miishikhol finished with 9 gold, 4 silver and 8 bronze medals for 65 points while Meehuls Khongman took the runners up with 7 gold, 6 silver and 5 bronze medals for 58 point and EEA Yaingangpokpi fetched the third spot winning 1 gold, 6 silver and 10 bronze for 33 points. Altogether fifteen Cheibi units participated in the championship. The categories in the five days championship include Mini, Sub Junior, Cadet, Junior and Senior boys and girls.
