A team of Imphal West police and 6 Assam Rifles today recovered a black polythene bag containing explosive materials on a roadside canal at Narankonjil near a crematorium which is under Wangoi police. Clashes between Congress and BJP supporters at four polling stations of Andro constituency has injured eight during re-poll today. The incident took place when Congress workers allegedly assaulted 8 BJP Workers who were visiting the polling station near Itham Moirangpurel this morning around 8.
