Chief minister Nongthombam Biren has dared not to spare those involved in the leakage of the Physics paper of the current Class XII examinations. Chief minister Nongthombam Biren Singh has determined 15 of every month as ‘Miyamgi Numit’ while he addressed at a reception function of the CM hosted by the women vendors of Khwairamband Keithel in his honour today.
