Nagaland beat Manipur by 6 wicket in the U-16 Triangular Series hosted by Nagaland Cricket Association in Nagaland.
In a low scoring match, Manipur had a bad start with wicket falling at regular interval and none of the batsman reaching double figure. Rohit Singh scored 9 runs while Dipak got 6 runs, Ulenyai fetch 5 runs and Jotin chip in with 2 runs to bundled out for paltry 45 runs for 10 wicket from a limited 20 over.
Nagaland bowler Arjun bagged 4 wicket while Allen fetch 3 wicket, Daniel got 2 wicket and Lanu claimed 1 wicket.
In reply, Nagaland reached the target easily losing 4 wicket from 13 over for the victory. Chide topscored with 12 runs while Vicky got 4 runs and Rajdeep got 3 runs. Manipur bolwer Jotin bagged a hattrick.
