State Level Open Chess Tournament

Top seed Kh.Sanjoy Singh battle of wits with another champion S.Premjit Singh ended in a draw to split half a point each in the 2nd Kh.Ramnarayan Shastree Memorial State Level Open Chess Tournament 2017 played at Juvenile Club, Tera Sapam Leirak.
In the fifth round of the tournament, Sanjoy Singh and Premjit Singh playing on table number one, had a tough fight against each other to settle for a draw, to stay on top with four and half point each. Sharing the lead is H.Jacky who beat O.Ningthem Singh, to enjoy his performance with four and half point as well.
With two round left in the tournament, six players are with four point including A.Binit, A.Kunjabihari, H.Somokanta, T.Manikanta, Y.Pritamkumar and A.Pholen Singh. Altogether fifty three players including a women are participating in the tournament.
