Nabakishore serves notice for retirement – people agitates against replacing Chief Secretary

Former chief secretary Oinam Nabakishore (IAS) today served notice to retire voluntarily from the Indian administrative service, just a day after Rajni Ranjan Rasmi replaced him as chief secretary of Manipur. R.R. Rasmi (IAS) was appointed as the chief secretary and chief vigillance commissioner of Manipur with immediate effect in place of Nabakishore.
