Super Division Football League

PYA Kairang prevails upon SSC Porompat by a solitary goal in the Maharajkumar Ghanendrajit Memorial Super Division Football League 2017 played at ABA Ground, Imphal East.
Both team had a hard time in the match but PYA Kairang stole the show with an injury time goal from Md.Adalat in the 90 plus 3 minute for the victory.
In another match, UPSA Pukhao hold on United Sports Association by 2-2 goals. UPSA struck the opening goal from N.Sridhat in the 13 minute of play but United Sports came back strongly with Ng.Piter fetching the equaliser in the 20 minute of play.  UPSA increased the pace and got rewarded when Manglemba Singh push ahead with a goal in the 33 minute to post 2-1 goals in the first half.
In resumption of the second half, United Sports Association left no stone unturned and got the needed equaliser when Th.James Singh struck in the 66 minute to level 2-2 goals to share a point each. UPSA player Th.Naoba, Th.Ronel and United Sports Association player Sheilesh got a yellow card in the match.
Imphal West: Birchandra Memorial Sporting Club defeated CHIKL, Chajing by 2-0 goals in the 18th S.Birendra Memorial Super Division Football League 2017 played at SKYC Ground, Sekmai. Th.Bonard in the 9 minute and Y.Bobosana in the 19 minute fetch the winning goals.
