Imphal, September 17: Heavy rain has caused landslide near Lokchao along the Indo-Myanmar road which cuts off connectivity between Imphal and Moreh.
An Assam Rifles team and the police reached the landslide location. They were trying to reconnect the road using JCB.
However it was uncertain how long will it take to recover the connectivity.
Large numbers of vehicles remained stranded on both sides of the landslide area.
