Imphal, September 18: A group of football enthusiasts—‘Football Lovers of Manipur’ has urged the All Manipur Football Association for installation of a standard score board at the artificial turf ground, Lamlong and other football fields.
Representatives of the football fans thanking the AMFA for their endeavour in the field of football urged the association for the installation of the score boards in a letter written on Saturday after they felt disappointment in the programme management section in the ongoing Manipur State League, 2017-18 , the biggest football league in Manipur.

e the Season 12 of Manipur State League has been kick off. But, there were several things which can be improved in the field by the AMFA to fulfill the dreams of Football Fans of Manipur, said the letter.
It also proposed for increasing number of sign board as a brand sponsored groups or any other football related banners outside the pitch; maintaining the outfield from the football pitch to secured the lives of players; organisors need to use mikes in order to control the match as well as the thousands of fans which are likely to damage the referee or other match officials during the greatest encounter of any two teams.
The group of fans saying that it was humble request from them and asserted for their hope that improvements as proposed could be seen within 3 days from today.
