Pothashang News Service Imphal, October 7: People peacefully started casting votes for the 5th General Panchayat Election polling from 8 am in the 6 (six) Revenue Districts of Imphal East, Imphal West, Thoubal, Bishnupur,  Kakching and Jiribam.
