Pothashang News Service Imphal, October 12: Lightning that occured this afternoon had struck a hige banyan tree at Kyamgei Mayai Leikai in Imphal. The banyan tree is popular as Waikhom Khongnang. The lightning damaged the tree into parts. A huge branch fell on a water tanker vehicle. However there was no human casualty.
