Imphal, October 14: A hand grenade was today found at the residential complex of Sekmai MLA Heikham Dingo Singh, Khurkhul and the police bomb experts took it away to defuse at a safety site.
The grenade was found lying at the courtyard of Dingo’s residence at around 7: 10 am. The cause of the grenade was uncertain and no individual or group has so far claimed responsible of the bomb threat.
The family members of Dingo and the locality denounced against the threat.
The bomb greeted the Saturday moring after a blast at Tera Lukram Leirak injured 11 persons yesterday evening.
