Imphal, December 8, 2017 (DIPR): The Internal Press Conducted Tour organised by Directorate of Information & Public Relations (DIPR) was flagged-off today at 8:00 a.m. at the Office Complex of DIPR, Keishampat by Shri N. Krishnakumar Singh, Deputy Director (Press).
The Tour is headed for Kwatha under Tengnoupal District which was recently adopted as a Model Village by Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha, Shri Ksh. Bhabananda Singh under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream project Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana (SAGY). The Press Tour organised is aimed to communicate and interact with the locals on the developmental works which is being carried out in the village after it was adopted by the MP as a Model Village.
The Press Team will hold at Moreh Town today after their visit to Kwatha as stay facility is not there. The team will leave Moreh for Imphal tomorrow morning.
