Imphal, December 13, 1027: Security forces have apprehended a self style major of PREPAK(PRO) and CorCom Coordinating committee (Revenue) member at the Indo-Myanmar border town Moreh, this afternoon.
A combined team of Tengnoupal District Police and 11 Assam Rifles under the supervision of Dr. S. Ibomcha Singh, superintendent of police arrested the active insurgent from Dalpati area, of Moreh. He was identified as Tongbram Jiten alias Yaima alias Tayaima (52 yrs) son of T. Shyamkishor, of Lalambung near RIMS gate.
He is a self style major of PREPAK(PRO) and CorCom Coordinating committee (Revenue) member, says police. His army number is 33167 and was staying at Tamu, Borigong in Myamar side.
