Biren Singh felicitated Guinness World Record holder in Limbo Skating, Master Tiluck Keisham by presenting a cash reward of Rs. 5 lakh at Chief Minister’s Secretariat today. In May last year, 8-year-old Master Tiluck broke his own record in Limbo Skating by propelling himself 145 metres or 475 ft and 7 inches, beneath poles just 30 cm high.
