Bishnupur, January 24, 2017 (DIPR): A mass social service camp was held today at the Bishnupur Mini Secretariat (DC Complex) under the initiative and supervision of the Bishnupur district administration.
Today’s Social Service Camp saw a huge turnout with hundreds of government employees belonging to various departments taking part in it. DC Pawan Yadav opined that the DC complex must be kept clean and beautiful always, and expressed his intention to clear out the thick bushes in the centre of the complex, and to develop a public park in its place.
He also added that such camps will be held in regular basis by the various departments on rotation basis. Bishnupur DC, Shri Pawan Yadav and Bishnupur SP, Shri Jodhachandra Haobijam spearheaded the cleanliness drive starting from the early morning.
