Pothashang News Service : Imphal, February 13: Police today recovered three double barrel guns and nine vehicles during a cordoned and search operation at Awangching, Imphal East.
As a part of the security measure taken up by the Imphal East police today conducted CASO at Awaching (Khetri Bangoon Mamang Ching Khunou) during 3.30 am to 6.30 am.
In that 203 persons including 101 female were verified, and pickup 21 persons including 10 female who have no ID proof. Further, 1Alto car, 6 bikes 1 Activa scooter and 1 Dio scooter without proper documents were pickup. Three single barrel guns which licenses are expired were also recovered and hand over to PRT-PS for further verification.
