Opium worth Rs 24 .52 lakh recovered

Pothashang News Service: Imphal, July 29, 2018:  Somsai Battalion of 10 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) seized 32.700 kg Opium worth Rs. 24.52 lakh packed in 31 packets from Mahindra Bolero GLX silver colour bearing registration number MN 02B 4368  along national highway 202 at Assam Rifles Check Post, Lambui, Ukhrul district. Organic pineapples airlifted to Delhi

Plea for Central pay finalisation
