Army organises awareness and registration camp for employment

Pothadhang News Service: Imphal, March 18, 2019: With the aim to reach out local youth to promulgate and register them for the Staff Selection Commission Exam for recruitment to the posts of Lower Divisional Clerk/ Junior Sectariat Assistant, Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant and Data Entry operators for various ministries and departments Khuga Battalion today orgainsed an “Awareness & Registration Camp’ through ‘Mobile Interactive Terminal for Rural Area’ (MITRA) vehicle today at Saipum village, Churachandpur.

The Online Registration dates are open till April 5 for the vacancies of Lower Division Clerk, Postal Assistant and Sorting Assistant, Data Entry Operator (DEO) and Date Entry Operator Grade ‘A’.
A large number of aspirants including wards of ESM attended the event and got registered with the Career Counseling Cell of Khuga Bn wherein, their online applications would be submitted and a coaching capsule would be organised to prepare them before the Tier I Exam Scheduled from July 1 to July26.
The event provided an “excellent” opportunity to the unit to reach out and interact with the local populace of Churachandpur. The gathering expressed their gratitude towards the genuine concern exhibited by Indian Army for providing them with an appropriate forum and guide them towards better future.
