Government’s irresponsibility invites agitations: Joykishan

Pothashang News Service: Imphal, August 11, 2019: Thangmeiband MLA has blamed the government for the present agitations in Manipur in connection with the death of a class VII girl student at a boarding in a school in Imphal on July 18.

In local dailies it is mentioned that the cause of death is due to hanging and points towards suicide. Whether the cause of death is suicide or homicide government must give post mortem report to the family members. If it is suicide then why marks on her chin and bruises are not mentioned in the report, said the Thangmeiband Constituency representative.
