Awareness drive on COVID-19

Pothashang News Service: Imphal, March 18, 2020: With the aim to disseminate the precautionary and curative measures to safeguard against the growing threat of COVID-19, Keithelmanbi Battalion of 9 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) conducted an awareness drive by organising a Walk the Talk on COVID-19 in different parts of Manipur on Wednesday.

The awareness drives were conducted at Lilong Khunou, Janglenphai, Hapijang and Manamjang villages.

The teams reached out to the locals of far flung villages in order to educate the locals regarding maintenance of personal hygiene and sanitation and ways to prevent COVID-19 from spreading.
