Model Club (B) posted 30 runs victory over Cachar Road Athletic Union in the 5th Twenty-20 Manipur Veteran Cricket Tournament 2017 played at Oriental College and Model Higher Secondary School ground.

In a low scoring match, Model Club started theirs innings and manage to put up 81 runs for 9 wickets from 20 overs with Seityabrata making a lone double figure of 26 runs. Cachar Road bowler Uttam Singh claimed 3 wickets while Dipak Singh took 2 wicket and Tombi chip in with 1 wicket.

Cachar Road in reply could muster to make a paltry 52 runs as wicket tumbles on the other end at regular interval from 14 overs. Robindro came up with 16 runs and Gopeshwar made 12 runs. Among Model Club bowler Demin grabbed 3 wickets while Roni, Pyarelal got 2 wickets each and Ashnikumar fetched 1 wicket.
