Sirti Chandel blanked VSAI(A) Thangmeiband by 3-0 goals in the 1st Sangai Trophy Veteran Football Tournament 2017 played at Pamyal Ground, Imphal West. W.Elvis Mongsang scored two goals while Thumli Lovejoy fetch one goals for the victory.  In another match, Football Lovers Association drubbed VSA Sora by 6-1 goals. AK.Mahesh and K.Khainekhup Vaiphei struck two goals each while Lempa chip in with the fifth goal for Football Lovers. The lone goal for VSA Sora was scored by Md.Iqbal.
