Drug awareness campaign

Heingang Police under IPS Trainee Sandip today organised a one day drugs awareness campaign in collaboration with Kripa Foundation, a rehabilitation centre at Manipur Public School, Koirengei.

Students from class 8 to 12 were briefed about how drugs paralyse individual health, disturb family peace and cause various socio-economic problems. They were also told about the legal punishments under ND &PS act and how to stay away from the drugs.
