Police cracks down an oil black market hub

Police has cracked down a racket of petroleum oil black marketer at a brick field in Nambol along with adulterated oil and its components.

Police found out two oil tankers and six numbers of plastic tanks at a brickfield of Nongmaithem Kuber Brick Field at Heikrujam Mamang leikai, Nambol.

Owner of the Highway Petroleum, N. Heorjit was carrying out the business at the brickfield which is run under his father’s name.

Police found the six plastic tankers filled with adulterated oil.

Two oil tankers were in the field. One of them contained kerosene while the other contained the transparent oil known as Zero oil. Both the oils are mixed and coloured to produce the fuel. This oil sample has been found black marketed as petrol.
