ANTI DRUG DRIVE

On 29 June 2017, 5 Jammu & Kashmir Rifles of 9 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) organised an Anti Drug Drive at Mayang Imphal to spread awareness among the people against drug abuse among the locals.

An awareness programme was organised by way of a drawing competition conducted in schools on ‘Anti Drug’ theme which was followed by a procession march by students of Khuman School alongwith posters and banners in areas of Mayang Imphal  & Bengun. School children & locals of the area participated in the initiative with great enthusiasm and pledged to contribute towards eradication of this social menace.
