K.Rohit claimed the champion title of the Junior Boys’ Single event in the 25th District Inter Club and State Open Ranking Table Tennis Championship 2017 played at Indoor Stadium, DM College Campus.
In the final of the Junior Boys’ Single, Rohit of Imphal West had a relatively easy game against W.Lanthoiba Singh of Thoubal by 4-0 game with 11-6, 11-6, 11-9, 11-3 point for the victory. As for the Sub Junior Boys’ Single final, H.Samsung of Imphal East got the better of H.Roddy Singh of Imphal West by 4-1 game with 12-10, 11-5, 11-6, 8-11, 11-7 point to lay his hand to the champion title.
