LIQUOR TRANSPORTER IRB COY SUSPENDED

One Indian Reserve Batallion coy was today suspended following ferrying large quantity of local liquor in office vehicle which crashed with a car while coming back from Sekmai.

Ningshen Vashum the commandant of 5th IRB, Thenguchingjin today issued the suspension order.

The suspended coy was Jangkholal Baite of 5th IRB.

During the suspension his headquarter will be at 5th IRB and he will not leave the HQ without prior permission from the commandant. He will be entitled subsistence allowance as admissible during the suspension period, says the order.
