“SSA MANIPUR” ROLLED OUT

Imphal, September 23, 2017 (DIPR): A free educational online tool for educating students in the form of Youtube videos has been rolled out under the channel “SSA Manipur”, states a notice released from the State Project Director, SSA, Manipur.

Shri Th. Kirankumar, State Project Director, SSA Manipur appeals to all the teachers of Education (School) Department, Government of Manipur and all interested citizens working in the field of Education for contributing  the video clips toward the same.

The video clips is to be related to the courses or topics of Manipur Board (Class 1 to Class 10) in Manipuri language and other major local dialects (Kuki, Tangkhul Mao-maram, Rongmei, Anal etc). It can provide the students one of the best teaching aids in the most convenient manner, as there is availability of digital infrastructure in every nook and corner of the state in the form of mobile phones, computers, tablets, etc.

The video clips submitted shall be examined for selection by a team of panelist regarding relevancy, quality and content and the same shall be uploaded under “SSA Manipur”, Youtube channel. There shall be no financial assistance from the Department and it is purely on voluntary basis.
