Imphal, October 4: A man was found shot death today morning at Heirangoithong Makha Oinam Leikai, Imphal along the route to Manipur University from Imphal city, who was blind folded and hands tied up at his back.
He was identified as Lal Babu Singh, 50, son of Rawan Singh from Simraha, Motihari, East Champharan under Rajpur police station, Bihar.
Babu has been residing at Mantripukhri, Imphal for the last 10 years. He has been trading Ngari (fermented fish) at Ngari Gali in Khwairamband Bazar, Imphal City.
The cause of the death of was uncertain. No individual or group has claimed over his death so far till the filing of this report.
