Imphal, November 24, 2017: Volunteers of Rising Knowledge Club, Khuyathong Polem leikai for the second time caught a boy today for creating fake accounts of girls on Facebook and WhatsApp indulging.

Talking to the reporters at the Khoyatong club office, its vice president Ngangbam Ghanashyam said the culprit is a 17 year old boy and he created fake accounts of girls on the social media sites and sent obscene pictures from the accounts.

The culprit was disclosed as Chongtham Montu, 17 years son of Ch. Raju, Khoythong Polem Leikai. He opened fake account in the names of Rosy Heisnam, Wanda Thangjam and in 5 other names. With the help of the fake accounts Montu borrowed money from different guys & accepted birthday gifts too, told Ghanashyam to Pothashang.

Ghanashyam said the boy also clarified made promise through local dailies not to indulge in such activities after he was nabbed by locals onSeptember 29. Even so he continued his habit and we warned him to stop such anti-social activities, added Ghanashyam.

He will be handed over to his family members, said Ghanashyam. He appealed the parents to be cautious while buying expensive mobile phones for their children.
