Imphal, December 23, 2017: Police today seized large quantity of contraband drugs recovered from three individuals including an IRB rifleman at three separate incidents.
Narcotic cell, Imphal East team seized 1,000 numbers of World Is Yours (WY) tablets from Douthalen Haokip, 33 of Molnom village in Churachandpur while conducting patrolling at New Checkon tribal market area. He is a rifleman in 4th IRB.
In another move of the Narcotic cell 506 tablets of WY was detected at Khurai Heikru Makhong from Md Ibungou alias Tabo, 29, of Khergao Saban Leikai.
A team of commando of Imphal East police commando while conducting patrolling duty in and around Khergao Sabal Leikai recovered 810 numbers of SP tablets from the possession of Md Amamuddin alias Ethem, 55, of Khergao Sabal Leikai.
