8 STATE COPS TO BE HONOURED AT NATIONAL LEVEL

Imphal, January 25, 2018: Altogether eight policemen from Manipur will be honoured with Republic awards.

Thangkhanlal Guite, IGP, PHQ, will be awarded President’s Police medal for distinguished services along with other 74 policemen.

Seven policemen out of 613 selected from Manipur for Police medal for meritorious services are K Ajikumar Sharma (Addl SP, Ops, Jiribam), Sorokhaibam Rudra Narayan Singh (Inspector, CBI, Manipur), Elangbam Bhubaneshwor Singh (Inspector, CID CB PHQ), Yambem Anderson (Subedar, MPTC), Pebam Inaoba Singh (Havildar, 2nd IRB), Khomdram Indrakumar Singh (Havildar, MPR) and Kh. Suranjoy Singh (Havildar, MPTC)
