Committee on “Go to the Village” visit Wangkhem

Thoubal, April 27, 2018 (DIPR) : District Level Committee members on “Go to the Village” mission led by DC, Thoubal Smt. Rosita Devi who is also the Chairman of the Committee visited Wangkhem bazaar today in Thoubal District as a part of awareness campaign about “Go to the Village” mission.

Prior to the visit, the Committee held a meeting at the conference hall of DC’S office, Thoubal and discussed various works/actions to be taken up in connection with “Go to the Village” mission which will be launched on 1st May next week.

The DC instructed all the departments to submit the schemes to be implemented by respective departments in the village and urged all concerned for their cooperation and support in fulfilling the mission to bring development in the state.

The committee which consists of 29 members were present in the meeting.
