Naturopathy health camp attains 70 patients

Pothashang News Service: Imphal, August 11, 2018: Dr. Kala Nature Cure and Yoga Health Centre, which is located at Konung Mamang Imphal today organised a one-day free health camp to create awareness on the benefits of naturopathy and yoga, which is a part of AYUSH, a non- allopathic medical system in India.

The health centre organised the camp in association with Zaomi Village Youth Organisation at the residence of vice-president of the organisation, North AOC.

Around 70 people took the benefit of free medical camp.

Steam bath, massage therapy, acupuncture, cupping therapy, physiotherapy, diet counselling, yoga techniques were taken up among others at the health camp.

The diseases dealt in the camp are mostly of the chronic diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, cold, cough, headache, migraine, osteoarthritis, gout, frozen shoulder, neck pain (Cervical Spondylosis), lumbago spondylosis (slip disc, back pain), sciatica, heel pain, paralysis, insomnia, anxiety, stress, PCOD, menstrual disorder, dysmenorrhoea, infertility, bronchitis, asthma, hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism, Tinnitus among others.
