Dr. Kala Nature Cure and Yoga Health Centre provides free therapy during camp

Pothashang News Service: Imphal, November 15, 2018: Dr. Kala Nature Cure and Yoga Health Centre today launched a 2-day free nature cure and yoga health camp at its Konung Mamang clinic. The health camp aimed to spread awareness about the natural way of treatment of health problems without any side effects.

Around 50 individuals turn up to check their health and they were provided free treatment with steam bath, massage therapy, acupuncture, cupping therapy, physiotherapy, diet counselling, etc. Yoga techniques were also taught to the patients to fight their health troubles.

The centre is also providing special offer for 10 days treatment package at Rs. 1,000 in connection with the International Naturopathy Day which falls on November 18.

Medical office of the centre, Dr. Nemlalsiam Vaiphei said the camp is to create awareness about nature cure and natural way of treatment of various diseases in the state.

Besides natural medications and therapy, Yoga is one of the best methods to treat people with diseases and stay physically and mentally fit. It is also a preventive measures from unwanted diseases, she added.

Back pain, neck pain, frozen shoulder and other pain related problems, paralysis, bronchitis, asthma, sinusitis , obesity, insomnia and other stress related problems, hypertension and diabetes etc are the diseases being dealt by the health centre.

The diseases dealt in the camp are mostly of the chronic diseases which includes diabetes, neck pain (cervical spondylosis), lumbago spondylosis (slip disc, back pain), sciatica, heel pain, paralysis, insomnia, anxiety, stress related problems and others
