Man arrested with 3 kg Heroin

Pothashang News Service: Imphal, June 2, 2019: A team of Narcotics and Affairs of Border  (NAB) police, Manipur arrested a drug peddler from Zalenmem Village near a Pan Shop along with three kgs of ‘suspected’ Heroin Powder (Brown Sugar) yesterday evening.

The drug peddler was identified as Paosie Haokip, 52, son of Hemkhothang Haokip of Zalenmem Village, Churchandpur police station, Churchandpur district.

A case has been registered at NAB Police station and investigation is going on, said a press statement released today by W. Basu Singh, superintendent of Police/NAB, PRO,Police  department.
