Police raid drug peddler’s house

Pothashang News Service: Imphal, August 30, 2019: Lilong police on Thursday raided house of one drug peddler at Lilong Haoreibi Sambrukhong Mayai and arrested a lady with drug suspected to be Heroin powder.

The team along with members of ALADA under the supervision of Superintendent of police, Thoubal raided house of one drug peddler, Sureiya alias Naha, 26, daughter of (L) Md. Bhaktajaman of Lilong Haoreibi Sambrukhong Mayai and arrested her from her house and recovered 10 gm of suspected Heroin no. 4 powder from her possession.

The team also arrested another illegal drugs peddler, Md. Rafique alias Mujibur, 35, son of (L) Md. Abdul Manan of Lilong Sambrukhong Makok from Lilong Haoreibi Sambrukhong and recovered nine bottles of illegal cough syrups bottles and 119 numbers of SP capsules.
