Ganja plantation destroyed

Pothashang News Service: Imphal, December 28, 2019: A joint team of NAB, 5th IRB, special CDO, forest officials and Kangpokpi district police led by SP/NAB W. Basu Singh along with ASP/NAB Saklemba RK and OC/NAB Sh. Chandrakumar has conducted cannabis/ganja destruction drive at the surrounding areas of Lhungtin Village under Saikul police station in Kangpokpi district on Saturday.

Around 15 acres of illegal cannabis plantations were destroyed, during the drive.

An FIR case has been taken up in Saikul police station and investigation is underway.
