Pothashang News Service: Imphal, April 9, 2020: In continuation of its drive against violation of Covid-19 lockdown in Manipur state police have detained 561 violators were detained along with 300 vehicles on Thursday.
The lockdown violaters were produced before the concern Magistrates and fines of Rs 38.700 was imposed.
The police department appeals to the public to follow the advice and guidelines issued by the government and stay indoors for their own safety and safety of the public.
The police department will continue to enforced strictly the lockdown/ curfew in the days to come, ADGP L. Kailun said.
