Pothashang News Service: Imphal, April 22, 2020: The International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), Manipur, on Eednesday distributed more than 600 food packets to the security personnel, traffic police stationed at different locations in and around Imphal.
ISKCON, Manipur appreciates the highly commendable job being carried out by the law enforcement agencies of the state who have been tirelessly working to curb the Covid-19 pandemic from escalating in Manipur.
The effort was carried out keeping in view the fact that although these guardians are the ones who are keeping us safe putting themselves at high risk and providing them a meal would assist them in carrying out their work more efficiently. Face masks were distributed to the police on duty as a part of the campaign as well.
ISKCON, Manipur thanked all security personnel for their tireless efforts during this grave time.
