Imphal Police has arrested him at about 10 am.

Imphal West Police superintendent K. Meghachandra said the closure of Bazar was absolutely based on social distancing management. “The past two days proved that all our efforts to manage social distancing became futile as people don’t bother about it when all shops are opened.
