Imphal, May 29: With the confirmation of three more Covid-19 positive cases total number of active cases has increased to 53.
Three adult males from Imphal West were tested on Thursday night at the VRDL of Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) and they were found Covid-19 positive, Manipur Covid-19 Control Room said in a press release on Friday.
“They are now admitted in the Covid Care facility at RIMS. Their condition is stable. All necessary control measures like containment and contact tracing are in place,” it said.
The number of positive and active cases has increased to 58 and 53 respectively. There are 25 active cases undergoing treatment at RIMS and 28 active cases at Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences, it added.
