Imphal: A 19 years old girl belonging to Kanglatongbi area of Imphal West was confirmed positive of Covid-19 on Friday night at VRDL of Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal.
With this total number of Covid-19 positive cases has increased to 60 and number of active cases stood at 53 as seven patients were recovered from the viral infection.
“The girl is a returnee from Gujarat. She will be shifted at the Covid Care Facility at RIMS. Her condition is stable, Manipur Covid-19 Control Room said,” on Saturday.
All necessary preventive and control measures like containment and contact tracing are now in place, it added.
