Imphal: With 3 more confirmed COVID-19 cases, the total positive cases in the state reaches 124.
According to Manipur COVID-19 Control Room, a 30-year-old male from Kangpokpi district, a 22-year-old male from Imphal East district and a 28-year-old female from Churachandpur district were confirmed COVID-19 positive at VRDL, Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences (JNIMS), Imphal.
They returned from Mumbai, Delhi and Pune respectively by train. They are being shifted to the COVID Care Facility at JNIMS, it added. All necessary precautionary measures like containment and contact tracings are underway, the Control Room further added.
The total number of positive and active cases in the state has increased to 124 and 86 respectively.
