Manipur government spends over Rs 18. 22 crore from CM’s COVID-19 relief fund

Imphal: Manipur government has spent Rs. 18,22,83,800 from the CM’s COVID-19 relief fund as on June 8.

Chief minister N. Biren Singh on Wednesday posted on his Facebook wall the receipt and expenditure statement for CM’s COVID-19 Relief Fund, inclusive of Rs. 10 crore Corpus from state government.

The statement includes expenditures utilised for financial relief to stranded persons outside the state, free rice for April, financial incentives to truck/bus drivers, evacuation of stranded persons and for Joint Committee COVID Awareness.
